Pre-Sale Official Terms

PROMOTION PERIOD:  This Promotion begins at 11:00 a.m. British Summer Time on April 29th, 2025 and ends at 11.59 p.m. British Summer Time on May 5th, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO SIGN UP:  Subject to the "Conditions of Entry" below, there are 2 (2) ways to enter. You may enter this Promotion only on Sponsor's Website. All entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:50 p.m. British Summer Time on May 5th, 2025. Only one entry is permitted per person.

Entry is automatic if EVEREST media is purchased during the promotion period. No purchase is necessary to enter, signing up to the mailing list displayed on this page is also a valid entry. 

Ordering the album or signing up to the public mailing list provides access to pre-sale tickets, and is not a guarantee of tickets. A unique code will be provided to those who have entered during the promotion period and will be distributed on May 6th, 2025 via email. Code is only valid until 7th May, 2025 11:59 p.m.

Tickets are limited to 4 per household. Attempted purchases of more than 4 tickets will be restricted.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:  No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. This Promotion is open only to natural persons who, (i) are eighteen (18) years of age or older or have reached the age of majority required to be reached in order to enter a sweepstakes, if such age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age and (ii) have agreed to these Official Rules. Employees and/or agents of Sponsor (and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or divisions) and of agents of Sponsor (and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or divisions) and their respective affiliates, parent organisations, subsidiaries, divisions, trade partners, advertising and promotion agencies and associated marketing firms and other vendors and the respective immediate families of such employees, including household members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. 

Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made by such methods. There are no restrictions on the number of entries submitted per person or per household. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged mailed entries. Any attempted form of entry into this Promotion other than as described in these Official Rules, and any incomplete entry, is void. Entries that are in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Should Sponsor suspect or determine actual or attempted (i) fraud, tampering, impairment or disruption of the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion or (ii) violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant, or suspend or prohibit the participation of any person, who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is responsible or otherwise involved with such acts.

CONSENT TO PUBLICITY AND USE:  Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, each entrant by acceptance of a Pre Sale Access to Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and assigns and to HALESTORM, the absolute and worldwide right, license and permission and consent to use, in any manner or media whatsoever, such entrant's name, voice, photograph (including on Promotion Websites and/or other social media sites maintained by Sponsor and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates), biographical information (including, without limitation, hometown and state), email address and/or likeness for any promotional and/or publicity purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the immediately foregoing sentence, but only to the extent the applicable laws of a particular jurisdiction prohibit the foregoing right, license, permission and consent from being effective in perpetuity, the term of such right, license, permission and consent shall continue through December 31, 2025.
